Who we are

Dasha Einarsson, founder of DASHFIT AZ, discovered a love for movement early in life—through swimming, triathlon, and eventually competing in the heptathlon at a national level in Russia. Her passion for athletic performance led her to Canada, where she earned a degree in Sports Management and Sports Performance, combining hands-on experience with a deep understanding of how the body works.

Dasha became a personal trainer to help people navigate the often confusing world of fitness. She wanted to create a training experience that is simple, intentional, and designed around real lives, rather than cookie-cutter programs.

At DASHFIT AZ, Dasha works with busy professionals who want strength, confidence, and a physique that speaks for itself, as well as active seniors focused on maintaining strength, mobility, and independence. Every program is fully customized to each client’s goals, schedule, and lifestyle, ensuring results that are both effective and sustainable.

Dasha believes that fitness isn’t something separate you have to force into your life—it’s a lifestyle, a part of you that you can enjoy every day. When approached with the right guidance and support, it becomes a source of strength, confidence, and lasting results, rather than a chore.
